Delivery Styles

1. Drop-Off Includes:

  • Food delivered in disposable trays

  • Wire rack chafing dishes with pans and Sterno 

2. Buffet Style Includes:

  • Setup of Laguna Bay’s steam table and/or chafing dish setup

  • Food served buffet-style

  • Staff handles setup, food monitoring, cleanup
    (fees apply)

Optional:

  • Electric Steam Table rental

3. Cafeteria Style Service (Staff-Served Buffet)

Includes:

  • We provide staff to serve guests cafeteria-style

  • Use of Laguna Bay’s steam table, utensils, and portioning tools

  • Labor: 2 servers minimum recommended
